En France la plupart des concerts sont payants en salle ou sur la grande esplanade ( mais il y a des endroits de concerts gratuits comme sur mes photos ).</em></strong></p> <p><strong><em>En Belgique, il suffit de payer un pass à 20 euros pour assister à tous les concerts du Parc à 7h, et au Québec, tout est gratuit en plein coeur de la ville.
